Stub3 is a fan loyalty platform that lets music fans collect digital proof-of-attendance NFTs at live shows and events.

What Information We Collect

When you claim a collectible, we may collect:

• Email address — used to deliver your digital collectible to your wallet
• Wallet address — generated automatically or provided by you to receive your NFT
• Event metadata — the show name, venue, date, and scan location associated with your collectible
• Claim timestamp — the date and time you claimed your collectible

We do not collect your name, phone number, payment information, or any sensitive personal data.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Mint and deliver your digital collectible
• Provide the artist with aggregated, anonymized fan attendance data
• Send you updates about your collectible or future perks, if you opt in

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate the platform:

• Crossmint — handles wallet creation and NFT minting on your behalf
• Soneium — the blockchain network where your collectible lives
• Supabase — our secure database provider

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.

Data Retention

Your email address is retained only as long as necessary to deliver your collectible and any associated perks. Blockchain records (your wallet address and NFT metadata) are permanent by the nature of the technology and cannot be deleted.

You may request deletion of your email address from our records at any time by contacting us.
